Part-Time HR Manager – Maternity Cover Contract Duration: 8 Months Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a hands-on, part-time role offering the opportunity to lead HR operations and provide strategic support across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, offering guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices. You’ll be the go-to person for all HR matters, ensuring consistency and professionalism in every interaction.
