We are working with a well-established engineering consultancy seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment across the UK and US. The role is hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days in the office) and reports to Senior Directors, heading a small international team.
The successful candidate will develop and execute a recruitment strategy to support ambitious growth, manage the TA budget, and partner with C‑Suite to drive talent mapping, onboarding and retention across all levels from entry.
