We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Manager to lead a substantial and diverse client portfolio within our growing North West practice. This role offers a clear pathway to a Director position within 3 years, evolving into a Regional Lead responsible for driving growth and transformation across the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
- Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and attract new clients.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
