This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Trainer looking to move into a coaching and development position with genuine high earnings and outstanding career progression.
Duties
- Coach Mortgage Advisors.
- Deliver onboarding.
- Improve Mortgage & Protection sales.
- Conduct T&C observations.
- Support advisor development.
- Deliver KPI reviews.
- Mentor new recruits.
- Analyse branch performance.
- Support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ce MAP Qualified.
- Mortgage advice experience.
- Coaching or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong protection knowledge.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
