Are you a recent HR graduate ready to take your first big step into the world of Human Resources? We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established, values-driven engineering and manufacturing group with over 120 employees across two UK sites. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning directly with the HR Manager in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

* Coordinate absence management and return-to-work processes

* Collate insight, date and trend and support with improvement initiatives

* Support employee lifecycle and compliance activities

* Contribute to wellness, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives

About You:

* Degree in HR or a related field

* Some experience in an HR setting (internship, placement, or entry-level role)

* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ambition to grow into a future HR leadership role
