Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a national, forward-thinking mortgage brokerage to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for a fully home-based position covering East London and Essex. This is a high-quality remote mortgage role offering consistent lead flow, full back-office support and excellent earning potential.
Role overview
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads generated by partnered estate agents
- Receive 5–7 qualified mortgage appointments each week
- Handle cases through to completion
- Build your own client base via referrals and local relationships
- Maintain FCA compliant files and CRM records
The territory includes Romford, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea and surrounding Essex and East London locations.
Salary & benefits
- Basic salary £27,000 – £29,000 (including car allowance)
- Financial guarantees of up to £800 per month for the first 6 months
- Commission up to 25%
- OTE £55,000 – £65,000+ (uncapped)
- Fully home-based role
- Full admin, compliance and technology support
- Laptop and mortgage sourcing / CRM systems provided
- Ongoing training and development
Candidate requirements
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
- Strong whole-of-market mortgage and protection knowledge
- Confident working remotely and managing your own pipeline
- Based in East London or Essex
