Are you an experienced Insurance professional looking for a Personal lines Handling position, Monday-to-Friday role in Coventry? Our client is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Handler to join their team, focusing on delivering high-quality service across Motor and Household portfolios.
The Role
As a Personal Lines Insurance Handler, you will be the point of contact for new and existing clients. You will manage the full policy lifecycle, ensuring customers receive the right coverage at the right price.
- Motor Insurance: Handling private car, motorcycle, and van enquiries.
- Household Insurance: Managing buildings, contents, and high-value home policies.
- Renewals & Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs): Processing policy changes and ensuring retention through excellent service.
- Quotations: Providing accurate and competitive quotes for new business leads.
Working Pattern & Benefits
- Location: Fully office-based in Coventry
- Hours: Monday to Friday (No weekends or bank holiday shifts).
- Holiday: 20 days per annum + Bank Holidays.
