My client is a well established specialist sub contractor within the construction industry and is seeking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join its contracts team. As the Contracts Administrator your main responsibilities will include:
- Input and update daily tasks using clientsβ online portals, inputting enquiries, variations, handover docs, record interaction and activity immediately after it has taken place, so that the portal/Monday system is constantly up to date.
- Complete paperwork and run off and send contact letters to tenants.
- Follow processes to achieve tasks to support site and internal office functions. Requests from site to be actioned and closed out same day.
- Answer phones and divert calls, if necessary take messages and pass on to colleagues.
- Maintain shared inboxes to ensure that all emails are responded to within 2 hours and ensure that all shared inboxes are cleared daily. Items that cannot be completed should be marked so that they can be followed up the following working day.
You will be an accomplished Contracts Administrator with a broad range of skills that will include:
- Must be a meticulous, methodical worker with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills / able to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
- An understanding of the importance of data confidentiality.
