Location: South East (Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire)

Salary: £30,000 - £80,000+ (DOE) + Bonus

We are currently working with a number of well-established and growing insurance brokers across the South East who are looking to strengthen their Commercial teams. Opportunities are available at multiple levels, from experienced Account Handlers through to Account Executives and Development professionals, with roles suited to both service-led and new business-focused individuals. Whether you are looking for progression, a better work-life balance, or access to larger and more complex clients, there are a range of options available.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries
  • Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day servicing
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Advising clients on appropriate cover and risk management solutions
  • Negotiating terms with insurers to achieve the best outcomes
  • Building and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience within commercial insurance (broking or underwriting)
  • Background as an Account Handler, Account Executive, Broker or Underwriter
  • Strong knowledge of commercial products
