We are currently working with a fantastic business within professional services who are looking for an HR Adviser to work alongside the HR Manager on a day to day basis.
This is a great time to join a growing business.
Duties include
- Full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Recruitment – preparing of job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback
- Supporting managers with employee relations, including probation, performance management and flexible working requests
- Training and development for managers and employees
- Coordinating the annual appraisal process
- Assisting with monthly payroll by providing accurate employee information
- Promoting wellbeing initiatives and supporting employee benefits programme
- First point of contact for HR queries and diary management
- Updating policies and procedures
- Providing HR advice to managers and employees
- Various project work including early careers
Key skills
- CIPD Qualified or studying
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Professional sector experience (ideally regulatory)
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with employees at all levels
On offer
- Salary of c£35-£42k
- Option to work 1 day at home per week (dependent on business needs)
