Our client is looking for a driven Lead Manager / Customer Service Officer to manage mortgage & protection leads, book broker appointments, nurture clients, and ensure all CRM data is accurate.

Role Overview

  • 15+ proactive outbound calls daily
  • Book appointments & re-engage missed clients
  • Maintain regular client contact throughout the journey
  • Log all activity accurately in CRM
  • Support annual reviews & remortgage retention

Requirements

  • Customer service or sales support experience
  • Excellent phone skills & confidence speaking with clients
  • Strong organisation & attention to detail
  • Proactive with a commercial mindset
