Mortgage Manager / Mortgage Team Leader – Medway City Estate – High Earnings

Salary: £45,000 basic + OTE £50,000

Location: Medway City Estate

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:00

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

A superb opportunity for a Mortgage Manager or Mortgage Team Leader to join an established and growing mortgage department in Medway City Estate. This role offers excellent progression, high earnings, and the chance to lead, coach and motivate a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Mortgage Advisors and Lead Generators
• Deliver coaching, observations and structured training
• Support new brokers through to CAS sign-off
• Drive performance and maximise high earnings across the team
• Conduct business reviews, 1-to-1s and target setting
• Ensure compliance and whole-of-market advice standards

Requirements

• CeMAP-qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Team Leader or mortgage-based supervisor
• Strong mortgage advisory background
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Motivated by success, performance and high earnings
