Location: Cannock

Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (incl. car allowance)

Financial Guarantee: £1,000 per month for 6 months

OTE: £50,000 Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2 | High Earnings

Job Description

A leading, award-winning estate agency in Cannock is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join its high-performing branch. With 10–12 new mortgage leads per week, strong introducer support and a highly FS-focused Branch Manager, this role offers exceptional stability and high earnings from day one.

You will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, supported by admin and compliance teams so you can focus on advising. The Cannock branch is a flagship location, selling 60+ properties each month with average values of £250k–£400k, giving consistent case sizes and strong commission.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor who wants high lead flow, a great commission structure (10%–25%), and the potential to achieve high earnings of £80k–£100k+.

Requirements

• CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Experience from estate agency, brokerage or banking
• Strong sales record & client service skills
• Confident, motivated, and driven by high earnings
