Overview
Working from the Crystal Palace branch, you will be trained to provide mortgage and protection advice to warm, pre-qualified estate agency clients. This opportunity is ideal for candidates holding CeMAP 1 and looking to progress through a professional and proven advisory training pathway.
Market-Leading Training
- 3-week fully expensed residential training programme
- Continuous mentoring from a highly experienced Mortgage Sales Manager
- Ongoing support from the in-house training department, who are consistently on hand to support you as a trainee mortgage broker
- Clear progression to Competent Advisor Status
Key Responsibilities
- Client fact-finding and suitability assessments
- Mortgage and protection research
- Application submission and case management
- Working closely with the estate agency sales team in Crystal Palace
Package
- Basic salary £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)
- OTE £55,000 in year one
- OTE up to £85,000 in year two
- Excellent long-term high earnings

- CeMAP 1 (essential)
