BDM Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Protection Advisor / Protection Broker on behalf of a highly successful and established mortgage and protection brokerage based in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection Advisor seeking a home-based position offering a £30,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and a consistent supply of approximately 35 pre-qualified protection leads every month.
With realistic earnings of £50,000 – £80,000+ OTE, this position is ideally suited to an ambitious Protection Advisor or Protection Broker who wants to focus on advising clients and writing business rather than having to constantly generate their own leads.
The Opportunity
The company has an established team of experienced Mortgage Advisors who generate a consistent supply of protection opportunities. As a result, you will receive approximately 35 pre-qualified leads per month, giving you a strong pipeline of clients to work with from the outset. In addition to new leads, you will also have access to an extensive existing client database, creating further opportunities to conduct protection reviews and generate additional business.
Working from home, you will provide professional protection advice across a comprehensive range of products, including:

You will also have access to a strong panel of leading protection providers, allowing you to recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's individual circumstances and requirements.

About You
- Previous experience as a Protection Advisor, Protection Broker or Mortgage Protection Advisor
- A proven track record of providing protection advice
- R05 qualification
- Good knowledge of life insurance and protection products

- The ability to work independently and effectively from home
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Clean credit history
