BDM Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for one of West Yorkshire’s most established and reputable estate agency businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Mortgage Advisor looking for a genuine hybrid working role, combining home working with approximately 2–3 days per week in the Colne Valley branch.
You will receive a consistent supply of 7–10 new mortgage leads per week, together with additional remortgage appointments booked directly into your diary by an experienced telemarketing team.
With an established client database, quality estate agency leads, dedicated administration support and uncapped commission, this is an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker looking for flexibility and high earnings.

The Role
As a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
Working closely with a busy estate agency branch in Colne Valley, you will receive a regular flow of quality mortgage referrals while also benefiting from appointments generated by the company's telemarketing team.
You will advise clients across residential mortgages, remortgages, product transfers and protection while developing long-term relationships and maximising opportunities from the existing client database.
The role offers genuine hybrid working, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a presence within the Colne Valley branch approximately 2–3 times each week.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position, you should:
- Be fully qualified to CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 & CF6
- Have previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker
- Have experience providing whole-of-market mortgage advice
- Have a strong understanding of residential mortgages and protection
- Be confident converting quality mortgage leads
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Be self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary
- Live within approximately a 30-minute drive of Colne Valley
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be able to satisfy the required regulatory, credit and background checks
