This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, fully qualified and CAS-status Mortgage Advisor looking for quality estate agency leads, hybrid working and exceptional earning potential.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will typically receive 7–10 high-quality mortgage leads every week, generated by an experienced estate agency team, together with access to an established client database for remortgage and protection opportunities.

The Opportunity

Working closely with a successful estate agency team in the Cambridge / St Ives area, you will receive a consistent flow of introductions from experienced estate agency professionals. The branch has averaged 70+ property sales per month over the past two years, creating significant opportunities for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor. Average property values are approximately £350,000, with transactions regularly reaching £900,000. With an average case income of approximately £3,000, a driven adviser has the potential to bank £180,000+ in procuration fees, broker fees and protection income, creating the potential for personal earnings exceeding £90,000 per annum.

Hybrid Working

This is a genuine hybrid Mortgage Advisor role, combining estate agency branch interaction with remote working. You will typically attend the branch 3–4 days per week, allowing you to build strong relationships with estate agency introducers while retaining flexibility around your diary and client appointments. Candidate Requirements

  • Be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Hold Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be comfortable developing relationships with estate agency introducers
  • Be ambitious, motivated and target-driven
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
