Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular patrols across the resort, ensuring the safety of guests, team members and protection of property assets.
  • Identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions, taking corrective action to address.
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve safety and security across the Resort.
  • Reporting vulnerabilities to the Security and Compliance Manager.
  • Complete fire, security and CCTV system checks across the resort.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents e.g. fire and security alarm activations and security breaches.
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of radio systems.
  • Manage access control for contractors and team members entering high value storage areas.
  • Manage lost and found property.
  • Support outlet managers throughout the evening.
  • Interact with guests and team members in a professional, pleasant, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Carry out administrative duties including logging and maintenance of records of safety and security patrols and incident forms.
  • Monitor the safety of team members operating across the resort throughout the evening, complete regular check ins.
  • Support the Security and Compliance Manager with any internal / external audits in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, centre processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies and auditory bodies.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • SIA badge essential.
  • Previous experience in security or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment beneficial.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial.
  • UK Drivers Licence is essential.
