The role involves creating a warm welcome and special memories through exceptional service of Food and Beverage which exceeds guests' expectations every time. Key responsibilities include:
- Confident menu and service knowledge
- Preparing for service - Mise en place
- Cleanliness and presentation of your section
- Setting and presentation of tables
- Providing recommendations and taking orders
- Liaison with the kitchen team and clear communication of special dietary requirements
- Service and replenishment of premium drinks, cocktails, wines, champagnes and teas and coffees
- Checking satisfaction and handling additional requests and feedback
- Capturing guest preferences and special requests for future reference
- Billing, presentation and payments
- Clearing tables and resetting for next service
- Requisitions and secure handling of stock
