As Complementary Therapist, your scope will be to deliver luxury complementary therapies tailored to individual guest needs within a spa environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-standard complementary therapies, such as massage, reflexology and holistic facials to spa guests.
  • Adapt treatments to client needs and contraindications.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Upsell treatments, spa experiences, and retail products to maximize revenue.
  • Build professional relationships with guests and members, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and respectful conduct at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to the Spa Manager or supervisor.
  • Assist with stock takes of professional and retail products.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for treatment areas, including daily room checks.
  • Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to team development and engagement initiatives.
  • Comply with health and safety, fire safety, and other relevant legislation and resort policies.
  • Participate in audits, health and safety committees, and support sustainability efforts.
  • Assist with fire/crisis team duties and ensure effective shift handovers.
  • Complete training modules and follow departmental SOPs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support spa operations.
