THE ROLE: The scope of the role of Public Area Cleaner is to clean and present shared areas within the Resort to exceptional 5 star standards including the lobby, restaurants, bars, restrooms, corridors, locker rooms, leisure facilities, staircases, lifts and back of house areas.
Key things you will be responsible for:
- Removal of rubbish and recycling
- Vacuuming, brushing, mopping and polishing of floor coverings
- Dusting, glass cleaning and polishing of fixtures and fittings
- Scrubbing of sinks and toilets
- Correct presentation of furniture and upholstery
- Replenishment of supplies in rest rooms and locker rooms
- Providing information and direction to guests
- Maintaining stock of supplies on your trolley and in storage areas
- Care and security of equipment
- Assisting with seasonal deep cleaning tasks and providing general assistance to other areas within housekeeping.
