With 208 bedrooms, our in room dining service provides guests with an array of meals, drinks and snacks in the comfort of their bedroom or suite, around the clock. As Room Service Assistant, your scope will be to support the Cameron Grill Manager by delivering our in room dining menu to guest bedrooms and suites.

Responsibilities

  • Setting trolleys
  • Taking orders
  • Service of food and drinks to guest bedrooms
  • Clearing room service trays from bedroom floors
  • Handling and resolving guest feedback
  • Requisitions, cash ups and banking
  • Cleanliness and order of room service department
