Situated on the shores of Loch Lomond, Cameron House is a magnificent 5‑star resort. The 17th‑century baronial estate offers award‑winning spa facilities, a rooftop infinity pool, an 18‑hole championship golf course, extensive resort activities, and five restaurants and bars.
The Role
Assist the Night Management team in ensuring the comfort, service and safety of guests and property through the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm, friendly and informative welcomes
- Enquiries in person, by telephone and by email
- Provide information on resort facilities and promote guest experiences
- Keys for rooms and suites; overview of room facilities and features
- Guest and team transportation on and off resort; handling luggage and valet parking
- Assist with room service orders and deliveries
- Registration of visitors and contractors
- Use of all Front Office IT systems including Microsoft Office, Resort Suite, HotSOS, Bartech and VingCard
- Basic administration, printing and distribution of reports
- Fire team responsibilities in the event of an evacuation
- Cleanliness and presentation of lobby area and guest corridors
- Security patrols, floor walks and fire exit checks throughout the building including use of Cogard system

- Hotel or customer service experience an advantage

- UK driving licence essential
