The Role: The scope of the role of Food and Beverage Assistant within Cameron House is to create a warm welcome and special memories through the fun and relaxed luxury service of food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confident menu and service knowledge
  • Preparing for service – Mise en place
  • Cleanliness and presentation of the bar section
  • Setting and presentation of tables
  • Providing recommendations and taking orders
  • Liaison with the kitchen team and clear communication of special dietary requirements
  • Service and replenishment of premium drinks, cocktails, wines, champagnes, teas and coffees
  • Checking satisfaction and handling additional requests and feedback
  • Capturing guest preferences and special requests for future reference
  • Billing, presentation and payments
  • Clearing tables and resetting for next service
  • Requisitions and secure handling of stock
