The Role
We have Chef De Partie opportunities to suit a wide variety of culinary styles.
Whatever the style, our menus are created around locally sourced fine food and are prepared and presented with passion creativity and flair.
In whichever kitchen environment you choose, as Chef De Partie your scope will be to support your Head Chef by leading your section.
Key Things You Will Be Responsible For
- Proficiency in the tasks of Apprentice and Commis Chefs, including mise en place
- Cleaning schedules, food storage, food preparation, and service cleardown
- Consistent production of food to recipe and presentation standards in SOP’s
- Providing feedback to the junior team to support improved performance
- Supporting with any shift challenges
- On job training of new employees
- Departmental requisitions, stock control, and recording of wastage

To Be Eligible To Apply You Will Also Need
- Current or recent experience as Demi Chef De Partie or Chef De Partie, in a quality hotel or restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Food Hygiene Qualification an advantage
