As part of a small dedicated breakfast brigade, you'll be reporting to the Senior Breakfast Chef in Cameron Grill where you are based. You will work to produce a 5* breakfast offering and support the delivery of an exceptional guest breakfast experience, whilst upholding our food and health and safety standards, and controlling costs.

The Role

  • Startup of the kitchens from 5.30am
  • Mis En Place and preparing all breakfast menu items for plated and buffet service
  • Leading sections during service ensuring sufficient level of food production to the highest quality standards within all relevant areas of the kitchen and sections
  • Cleardown and handover
  • Implementation of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • New menu items, recipes and costing
  • Statutory and on job team training and documentation
  • Ordering, stock and wastage control
  • Compliance with our Food Safety Management system
