Cameron House is a magnificent 5‑star resort situated on the shores of Loch Lomond, where the Scottish Highlands meet the Lowlands. The Role
Reporting to the Night Manager, you will supervise the front office operations overnight, ensuring the comfort, service, and safety of guests and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm, friendly, and informative welcomes
- Handle enquiries in person, by telephone, and by email
- Provide information on resort facilities and promote guest experiences
- Check‑in and check‑out guests, giving an overview of room facilities and features
- Supervise guest and team transportation on and off the resort, handle luggage and valet parking
- Assist with room‑service orders and deliveries
- Register visitors and contractors
- Use all front office IT systems (OPERA Cloud)
- Basic administration: printing and distribution of reports and night audit
- Fire team responsibilities in the event of an evacuation
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby area and guest corridors
- Perform security patrols, floor walks, and fire‑exit checks, using the Cogard system
- Cover Duty Manager shifts in the absence of the Night Manager

- Front‑office experience in a 4/5* hotel environment
