The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
As a senior member of the Leisure Team, you will support the management team to maintain the highest standards of member and guest service across reception, poolside gym and changing areas. You will support the smooth running of the operation on a daily basis directing and assisting the team, guests and members.
Key Things You Will Be Responsible For:
- Opening and closing of the Leisure Club
- Assisting with membership queries
- Reacting efficiently to H&S and first aid incidents
- Reacting swiftly and effectively to any pool water issues
- Recording faults and escalating these to the Leisure Management team and Maintenance team if required
- Supervising the day to day running of the Leisure club in the absence of Leisure Management
- Maintaining stock levels of merchandise in the Leisure club and reporting to management of stock levels and sales
- Maintaining Leisure reception to a high standard and leading by example to the team on shift
- Maintaining all areas of the leisure club with regular floor walks reporting faults
- Promoting and upselling fitness classes and personal training
- Assisting in pool plant audits
- Poolside supervision adhering to company policies and Leisure club NOP/EAP

To Be Eligible To Apply You Will Also:
- STA or NLPQ Lifeguard Qualification (or Emergency Pool Responder Qualification Level 2)
- 3 Day First Aid At Work Certificate (or willingness to complete First Aid at Work Course)
- Beneficial to have Aqua Aerobics certificate/Gym Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness qualification
- Beneficial to have IOSH managing safely certificate
- Ability to quickly build excellent working relationships
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex matters both verbally and in writing
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- UK Driving Licence useful due to the spread out nature of the resort
