The Role

The scope of the role is to create a warm welcome and create special memories through exceptional service of food and beverage, exceeding guests’ expectations every time.

Key Things You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Confident menu and service knowledge
  • Preparing for service – mise en place
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of your section
  • Setting tables with crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • Liaising with the kitchen team and clearly communicating special dietary requirements
  • Serving food and accompaniments
  • Clearing tables and resetting for the next service
  • Requisitions and secure handling of stock
