Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard complementary therapies, such as massage, reflexology and holistic facials to spa guests.
- Adapt treatments to client needs and contraindications.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Upsell treatments, spa experiences, and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Build professional relationships with guests and members, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Ensure client confidentiality and respectful conduct at all times.
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to the Spa Manager or supervisor.
- Assist with stock takes of professional and retail products.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for treatment areas, including daily room checks.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks.
- Attend meetings and contribute to team development and engagement initiatives.
- Comply with health and safety, fire safety, and other relevant legislation and resort policies.
- Participate in audits, health and safety committees, and support sustainability efforts.
- Assist with fire/crisis team duties and ensure effective shift handovers.
- Complete training modules and follow departmental SOPs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support spa operations.
