Situated on the shores of Loch Lomond, Scotland's breathtaking jewel, Cameron House is a magnificent 5-star resort. The Role: Our Call Handler will be the first point of contact for many calls to the resort, and as such give an outstanding first impression of friendly and efficient guest service. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills and will be confident in multitasking, being able to assist internal and external guests.

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls providing warm friendly exceptional guest service
  • Provision of resort and local information
  • Courtesy calls and recording of guest preferences and requirements
  • Liaison and communication around various departments
  • Printing and distribution of reports and supporting front office administration tasks
  • Providing support to reception, including check in and check out of guests on occasion
  • Using a variety of systems including Microsoft Office, OPERA, HotSOS, Bartech and VingCard.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

  • National 5 Qualifications in Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications), with further study e.g. NC/HND/SVQ or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Tourism related field and advantage.
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and passion for service excellence
  • Initiative, creativity and ability to solve problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT, competent in the use of Microsoft packages and ability to use technology
