The Role
- Support your Manager in managing all aspects of the outlet, including recruitment, training, and development of the team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and profitability while meeting all statutory requirements.
- Allocate duties for the day, week, and month.
- Manage mise‑en‑place and stock.
- Conduct team briefings and kitchen liaison.
- Set service goals and incentives.
- Host the door and the floor, checking on tables and VIPs.
- Handle and resolve feedback or issues as they arise.
- Provide hands‑on support to the team where needed.
- Debrief and monitor Liquor GP.
- Oversee payments and Res Diary tasks.
- Ensure completion of all pre‑set tasks and checklists.
- Prepare end‑of‑shift reports and banking.
- Communicate with relevant Managers on any critical issues.

To Be Eligible To Apply
- Current or recent management or strong supervisory experience within a high‑volume quality bar environment.
- Experience working in operations in a 4/5* hotel environment (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people and service.
- WSET Level 2, Personal Licence Holder, Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Trainer qualifications are desirable.
- Strong IT skills essential; Res Diary experience an advantage.
- UK Driving Licence beneficial due to work patterns and resort location.
