To support our continued growth, we are looking for a full-time Event Production Manager to join the team. Opportunities are available in our Glasgow office.

The Role

  • Producing accurate and competitive quotes based on client requirements
  • Interpreting briefs and developing creative, technically sound solutions
  • Planning and managing project timelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams across live, digital, and production departments
  • Managing events from concept through to on-site delivery

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment. You will have:

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting, staging, and set
  • A solid understanding of power distribution and rigging
  • A strong focus on health and safety
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A high level of attention to detail and professionalism
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A genuine passion for events and production

Essential:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel as required

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote
  • Experience with CAD software and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event delivery
