Salary: 32-38k DOE
As an Event Production Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from the initial client brief through to successful delivery on site. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and our technical teams, you'll ensure every event is planned meticulously and executed to the highest standard. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing logistics, budgets, crew, equipment, and client expectations while remaining calm under pressure and finding practical solutions to challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live, hybrid, and virtual events from enquiry through to completion.
- Develop detailed production plans, schedules, equipment lists, and event documentation.
- Liaise with clients to understand objectives and translate them into technical production solutions.
- Prepare quotations and manage production budgets to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
- Coordinate internal departments, freelancers, venues, and suppliers.
- Conduct venue site visits and technical surveys.
- Produce risk assessments and method statements.
- Plan crew schedules, logistics, transport, and installation programmes.
- Oversee on-site build, rehearsals, live operation, and derig.
- Manage staging, lighting, audio, video, LED, streaming, and event technology requirements.
- Ensure events are delivered safely, professionally, on time, and within budget.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during live events.
- Carry out post-event reviews to identify improvements and maintain high standards across future projects.
