You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in drainage, plumbing, utilities, FM or similar
- Understanding of common drainage problems
- Confidence in generating new business
- Strong communication and customer skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage jobs end-to-end
- Full UK driving licence
- A desire to progress into more field-based work
What will your role look like?
- Secure new business by visiting customers and assessing needs
- Manage jobs from enquiry → quote → booking → completion
- Act as the link between customers and the team
- Keep customers updated throughout
- Office-based initially, progressing into field sales with training
- Build and follow up your own pipeline
- Prepare and send quotations
- Attend site to support basic assessments (with support where needed)
- Ensure smooth job delivery and customer communication
- Review CCTV notes/images to support accurate quoting
- Take payments/issue pro formas
- Close jobs in the system accurately
