This role is home based visiting individuals in their own home in and around the Glasgow area.

- Have 2 years post-grad experience (Experienced Band 5 or 6)
- Have HCPC and CSP registration
- Feel like you're not using your full skillset and want that to change
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car

What will your role look like?
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy to clients with a wide range of neurological conditions
- Manage a caseload split between clinic and home visits
- Build strong relationships and design effective, individualised rehab plans
- Lead or support PD Warrior classes at designated locations
- Collaborate with physio and SLT colleagues across our MDT
- Take part in regular CPD, team development, and service improvement work
- Work with clients over time to make rehab meaningful — no rushed discharges
- Conduct 1-hour appointments as standard to allow time to think, plan, and treat properly
- Support clients who want your help and actively follow their programmes
