They are seeking a highly experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of a variety of commercial properties. Please note: This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with participation in an evening and weekend callout rota as part of a shared schedule.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-skilled trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, or basic electrical work (must have a bias to a trade)
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues across various trades
- Experience in reactive and small project maintenance is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using handheld devices for job management and communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
Qualifications (Desirable but Not Essential):
- CSCS Card
- IPAF/MEWP certifications (training provided if required)

What will your role look like?
- Reactive Repairs: Respond promptly to repair requests, diagnosing and resolving issues across multiple trades to a high standard within SLAs and KPIs.
- Planned Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to maintain the functionality and safety of commercial properties.
- Callout Rota: Participate in a structured evening and weekend callout rota, providing essential cover for emergencies and ensuring our clients’ needs are met.
- Client Interaction: Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing clear updates and professional service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, offering technical support where needed and contributing to a culture of knowledge-sharing.
- Job Management: Log all job details accurately via handheld devices and report additional work requirements clearly.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all tasks comply with health and safety standards, adhering to Kiwi Facilities Maintenance’s policies and industry regulations.
