They supply national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products.They have laboratory, blending and packing facilities at their Birkenhead premises to produce household, laundry and cleaning products. They develop, scale up and produce all formulations in-house.Our client develops formulations to match briefs from customers, which are then blended and packaged at their manufacturing facilities in Birkenhead.The RoleThey are seeking full-time Shift Supervisors to join their expanding team at their production site in Birkenhead, Wirral.The working hours are Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 to 18:00.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the smooth running of the production areaCo-ordinating all aspects of manufacturing from blending to packaging and despatchEnsuring business needs regarding quality, delivery and production deadlines are metEnsuring that all records are correctly completedMaximising the output of the shiftMotivating the shift and problem-solving on a day-to-day basisDeveloping and upskilling the team to achieve the production planWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environment coupled with previous supervisory involvement and strong influencing skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within the CompanyStrong analytical ability and a keen eye for detailAbility to adhere to all health and safety and Quality requirementsSelf-motivated, honest and reliableLive within a commutable distanceRight to work in the UKWhat’s In It For You20 days annual leave +
