The Role

As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative functions run efficiently and supporting the wider business in maintaining a well-organised, productive and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Co-ordinate meetings & company events
  • Handle correspondence
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Co-ordinate maintenance repairs and facility needs
  • Act as a point of contact for staff queries
  • Co-ordinate between departments and external partners
  • Act as a front-facing representative for visitors and clients
  • Support teams with admin tasks
  • Promote a positive office culture and employee engagement

Requirements

Essential

  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage day-to-day office operations effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Professional and approachable manner when dealing with visitors and clients
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative

Desirable

  • At least 1 year of office management experience
