Saffron Walden Golf Club, the top-rated golf course in Cambridgeshire, is looking for a friendly and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our Bar & Catering team! With over 1,000 members, we offer freshly prepared, high-quality food in a welcoming atmosphere.
As the Front of House Supervisor, you\’ll support and deputise for the Bar and Catering Manager, ensuring our bar, kitchen, and restaurant run smoothly while delivering top-tier service to members and visitors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bar or catering industries with leadership skills
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities
What You\’ll Do:
- Supervise daily operations and staff across bar, kitchen, and restaurant
- Ensure high standards of service and presentation
- Assist in coordinating functions and events
- Cashing up
- Locking up and opening up
- Manage rotas and inventory alongside the Bar and Catering Manager
- Handle customer queries and feedback with a smile
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations
