You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience building eLearning content, storyboards, prototypes, and visual learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
  • Are confident using LMS platforms and are willing to learn systems such as SCORM Cloud
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality, consistent deliverables
  • Can manage your own workload effectively and support project planning across deadlines
  • Enjoy collaborating with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Development teams
  • Stay up to date with emerging learning technologies, pedagogy, digital trends, and mobile learning
  • Are comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and helping them grow
  • Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment

What will your role look like?

  • Design and build high-quality learning courses and prototypes for digital learning environments
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and work closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and the Development Team
  • Liaise with the Development & Compliance Manager for project planning, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Lead on visual design documentation for bespoke learning materials
  • Support LMS tasks and develop working knowledge of systems, including SCORM Cloud
  • Ensure all content aligns with in-house or client branding, maintaining consistent quality
  • Build accurate visual storyboards, interactive prototypes, branching scenarios, and gamified content
  • Create graphical content, documents, presentations, and basic animations for eLearning courses
  • Assist in selecting and managing external resources for project delivery
  • Ensure every learning experience is engaging, instructive, and aligned with learning outcomes
  • Oversee your own workload—and where needed—support the workload of others during key project periods
  • Mentor junior members of the Development Team in line with onboarding, training plans, and PDPs
  • Work with the ISG Team to storyboard and develop prototype innovative eLearning solutions
