As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our Key Accounts Department, which plays a crucial role in ensuring that fleets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. We’re now looking for a dedicated and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Cwmbran.

What will your role look like?
As Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Key Accounts team, ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will:
- Manage and schedule planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Allocate technicians, tools, and parts to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records in Syrinx
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Support and mentor technicians, apprentices, and support staff to maintain high team performance
