Cameron Clarke Associates is recruiting a Residential Surveyor to cover North East England. You will conduct RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and valuations across Newcastle, Northumberland and surrounding areas.
The role offers hybrid working, support with mentoring and a clear path to senior surveyor responsibilities. Ideal candidates have AssocRICS/MRICS (or MCIOB with relevant experience), 2–3 years of residential surveying, strong report writing and a full UK driving
