Conveyancing Solicitor | London, WC1N | Full Time

Our client is a well-established commercial law firm based in Chancery Lane, in the heart of London\’s historic legal district.

The firm provides pragmatic, tailored, efficient, and cost-effective legal services to a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs, banks, investors, businesses, corporations, trusts, charities, diplomats, and governments. Most clients are referred through existing clients or partners.

Salary Expectations:

  • Newly qualified commercial conveyancing solicitors can earn up to £55,000 per annum.
  • Fully experienced commercial property solicitors can earn between £70,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

If you meet the following criteria, then yes!

  • At least 3-4 years PQE.
  • Ability to work independently on substantial commercial matters, including urgent bridge lending, business lease renewals, negotiating leases, and sales and purchases of pharmacies, as well as some light residential work.

What will your role as a Conveyancing Solicitor involve?

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all communication related to transactions, both verbally and via email.
  • Regularly updating clients and introducers on transaction progress.
  • Proactively progressing transactions by identifying and chasing necessary parties.
  • Submitting searches and handling administrative tasks.
  • Drafting correspondence to clients and other parties.
