Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

They pride themselves on delivering tailored legal solutions and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and results.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in handling a range of residential property transactions. you\’ll oversee the full conveyancing process with confidence, care, and attention to detail.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Previous conveyancing experience is essential
  • Must be capable of handling:
    • Sales
    • Purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Ideally, also transfers of equity
    • Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from start to finish
    • Must be comfortable working autonomously, though support is available
    • Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
    • Effective communication abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service

What will your role look like?

  • Conducting property searches and due diligence
  • Drafting contracts and other legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction
  • Providing expert advice on property law and regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements
