Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in handling a range of residential property transactions. you\’ll oversee the full conveyancing process with confidence, care, and attention to detail.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous conveyancing experience is essential
- Must be capable of handling:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Ideally, also transfers of equity
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from start to finish
- Must be comfortable working autonomously, though support is available
- Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
What will your role look like?
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
- Drafting contracts and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Providing expert advice on property law and regulations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements
