Warehouse Operative | Bristol (BS11 8AR) | Part-Time (24 hours per week) | £12.75 - £13.25 per hour (depending on experience)

Available shifts: Monday, Thursday & Friday. Rotating rota between these patterns is also considered.

Founded in 1996, our client is an independent freight forwarder and warehouse provider based in the South West, specialising in global logistics and providing end-to-end fulfilment services to a diverse client base. They are now seeking a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be involved in all areas of the warehouse operation, helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and safely. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and play an important role in keeping the operation running smoothly. This position would suit someone looking for a regular part-time role with flexibility, whether balancing other commitments, looking for a better work-life balance, or seeking a role with consistent hours.

Key responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
  • Organising and storing stock safely within the warehouse
  • Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Supporting colleagues during busy periods and helping maintain a clean, safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg
  • Good basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift or pallet stacker experience (training may be available)
