Working Hours: Full-time - average of 40 hours per week over a year, including weekend and holiday period availability

They're looking for a full-time Trainee Manager to join their busy café in Teignmouth. This is a hands-on role, working across all areas of the café. You'll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team delivering great food and great service in a vibrant coastal setting. This is a year-round position with stable hours, ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, wants to learn new skills, and likes working as part of a close-knit team.

The Role

  • Work across all areas of the café as required
  • Support the daily running of a busy café
  • Assist with food preparation and service
  • Follow Company standards, recipes and procedures
  • Support the management team in administrative tasks including cashing up and ordering
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
