- It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous vehicle administration and call centre experience, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative role will be considered
- Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, via the telephone
- Candidates must have the ability to interpret customer requirements and guide them to the most appropriate vehicle rental solution
- The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Be computer literate
- Be eligible to work in the UK
