Our client is a growing recruitment business specialising in supplying blue-collar labour to the construction industry. They are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join their team and build a successful career in recruitment.

The Role

This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, where you will manage the full recruitment cycle from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates and making placements.

Key responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with construction clients
  • Managing and developing existing client accounts
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates
  • Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
  • Negotiating rates and terms with clients and candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry to placement and aftercare
  • Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales and recruitment targets

Requirements
