Talent-finder is assisting in recruiting a Business Development Manager for Llanrwst, North Wales. You will own commercial growth across Bus & Coach and Vehicle Sales, leading four direct reports and around sixty indirect reports, with day-to-day performance and client negotiations.
You will work with Finance to forecast and plan 3–5 years, review contracts to protect margins, and report KPI-driven insights to Directors.
